Flash your tracker
This is for the BoatEye hardware tracker (the small box on the boat) — not your phone. You'll need a computer and a USB cable.
  1. Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer.
  2. Plug the tracker into the computer with a USB cable.
  3. Press the button below and choose the tracker's port from the list that pops up.
  4. Wait for it to finish, then unplug. Your WiFi and pairing settings are kept.

Flashing needs a secure (HTTPS) connection.
If no port appears when you plug in, install the USB driver for the tracker (CH9102 or CP210x) and try again.
